Dr Ranasinghe is charming, patient and very knowledgeable. She managed to get to the bottom of an issue that I had had for some years which had been dismissed as general dermatitis. I am now rash free and have received a diagnosis of a very rare condition which can become malignant if not treated.

Dr Aruni Ravasinghe is exceptional - an angel among mere mortals. I was referred on to psychodermo at West Suffolk a year ago. Dr Aruni alone listened and was brave enough to go against consensual opinion. No, I didn't need psycho treatment. If I knew this, why therefore had I come? Well, partly because I had been gaslit into an acceptance of consensual opinion and while knowing this, followed along. She is highly empathetic and I found myself spilling the beans. Her extraordinary generosity in terms of time and her genius in putting together the jigsaw puzzle puts her ahead of everyone in her profession. Outcome now proven. She proffered what has turned out to be an entirely accurate assessment and diagnosis of my condition.

I saw Dr. Ranasinghe for my acne condition. She was very helpful, asked a lot of questions to understand exactly what my situation was, as well as my medical history. Very thorough and attentive. Was not dismissive or condescending about any questions or concerns I had. Provided me with a lot of information, explained everything thoroughly. She was also very nice and friendly! :)
